Around 20–25 minutes. Free on-screen result and optional PDF download after your name and email. No account required. Pilot v1.0.
Self
Stay deliberate, credible and adaptable in your own leadership.
Connect
Build trust, communicate and work across relationships and boundaries.
Deliver
Create direction, make decisions and deliver reliable outcomes.
Grow
Encourage challenge, grow capability and improve the wider system.
There is no single right way to lead. The value is understanding your own pattern - what you naturally bring, where context asks more of you, and how to grow without becoming a manufactured version of someone else.
How it works
Reflect. See your pattern. Practise deliberately.
Reflect on observable behaviour
Answer short statements about how you usually lead - grouped into behaviour-based dimensions across the four zones.
See your relative profile
A dimension profile map shows which behaviours you self-report most consistently and where context asks more of you.
Use it for conversation and practice
Take practical prompts into coaching, team conversations and deliberate practice - not a label, a working document.
What it measures
Behaviour, not personality
- Observable leadership behaviour rather than traits or type. No fixed category - your usual pattern in relevant situations.
- Four zones - Self, Connect, Deliver and Grow - each with dimensions and behaviour-based statements.
- Usual leadership behaviour in the current pilot. State under pressure, observer input and outcomes are separate evidence layers, not blended in.
Why it is different
Evidence-led, honest about its limits
- No personality type, no universal leadership score. You get a pattern to work with, not a label.
- Context matters. Higher self-reports are not automatically strengths and lower self-reports are not automatically weaknesses.
- Self-report is one evidence layer. Future 360 observer input, state under pressure and cultural evidence stay separate - never averaged into a single synthetic score.
What you receive
Three ways in. Take the one that fits.
